Open Access Policy
Open Access Policy
The editorial policy of the open access collection is developed on the basis of the recommendations and standards of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (Budapest Open Access Initiative's definition of Open Access).
The collection uses the concept of "open access", which is given in the official documents of the Budapest Open Access Initiative.
"Open access" to peer-reviewed scientific literature means free public access on the Internet that allows any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, scan them for indexing, transmit them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers. except for those related to the user's personal access to the Internet. The only restriction on the reproduction and distribution of materials is compliance with copyright in this area, which implies the author's ability to control the integrity of his work, proper recognition of his copyright and citation.
The collection seeks to promote the development of global open access to scientific information and research. The publisher grants readers, scholars and institutions free online access to all published materials (e.g., for reference to content or downloading, distributing, printing, copying and reproducing in any medium other than content modification or for commercial use) in accordance with the terms of the licenseCreative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial 4.0 International Public License (CC BY-NC). The license is valid provided that the original work is cited. To use the published materials for commercial purposes, the written permission of the Publisher is required.
The collection provides immediate open access to all published materials, which makes the results of the study freely available to the public and contributes to the global exchange of knowledge, which means the following:
- each Internet user has free and unlimited access to the full text of articles published in the journal; manuscripts are freely available without subscriptions or financial barriers;
- After publication, all materials are immediately available online (without long waits).
